Mountainous cities have complex and varied landforms,vast forests,developed river systems,fertile farmland,and profound cultural accumulation.These elements constitute the ecological resources featured in the mountain environment.They are important ecological conservation and recreational areas for mountainous cities.It is also a space resource for open space construction in mountainous cities,and it is the core that different from the landscape system of plain cities in mountainous city.Of course,it is also an ecological resource that is vulnerable to the erosion of urbanization.In the past,traditional urban landscapes,composed of agriculture pastoral and afforestation activities,limited human activities have no fundamental impact on the urban environment.In recent years,intensive land use and accelerated development have led to excessive soil erosion,loss of hydrology,and loss of biological and landscape diversity in urban areas,affecting the long-term ecological stability and environmental sustainability of mountainous cities inevitably.At present,the ecological planning of mountainous cities is based on the analysis of the spatial patterns with miscellaneous perceptual and rational thinking,in order to limit urban sprawl,the “Channel-Plate-Matrix” landscape pattern method of landscape ecology is applied to the Large-area natural patches which include nature reserves,scenic spots,and water source protection areas,country parks,ecological protection sites in urban planning areas;parks that rely mainly on artificial greening provide residents with a space for recreational activities nearby;providind protective green spaces for residents along parks and rivers,and providing Artificial green corridors which is good-looking but inconvenient use.moreover,simple closed and passive ecological resources protection suitable for natural protection at the regional level,and Ecological resources usually take the form of open spaces as marginal or transitional forms of land use in mountainous cities,reserving resources only for development,therefore,The fundamental reason is that mountain cities lack effective ways to coordinate and protect ecological resources.so,this article focuses on the study of landscaping approaches of ecological resources,From the aspects of ecological resources system view,system composition,spatial structure,etc.,it is based on scientifically exploring the spatial structure of ecological resources in mountainous cities,and The goal is to provide the most natural landscape pattern for the artistry,based on the visual landscape approach of “restricting resources to changing resources to the landscape”,based on the protection and utilization of ecological resources,the landscape pattern of mountainous cities will become a natural spatial structures where natural can perched,landscape can stimulate culture and culture lead to urban and rural memory,humans and other living organisms can perceive,recognize and enjoy the ecological resources.This paper composed of background research,research review,resource mining research,visual management research,and case study.First,the background research,due to the feature of ecological resources which are complicated and diverse,vulnerable also coupling of human social needs,this paper can clarifies the construct direction of urban landscape patterns which must be limited in the protection and use of ecological resources in mountainous.and then,in the research review,using the ontological theory to analyze the ontological connotation of urban ecological resources,summarizing the The process of cognitive evolution of ecological landscapes between formal sensibility,landscape-ecosystem rational and landscape-humanities ecological collaborative landscape,and systematically discusses the concept and methods for the construction of ecological resources in each stage of development,exploring the trend of the fusion of vision and ecology in urban construction,especially the landscape construction of ecological resources in mountainous cities in the 21 st century.Then,the resource mining research section answer those questions,What are the system elements of ecological resources? What are their functions? What are the structures,processes and how can they become the spatial resources for the construction of urban landscape patterns?
