In modern cities,the pace of life and work of people is getting faster and faster,and the pursuit of efficiency is becoming stronger and stronger.The urban complex serves as a convenient,fast,economical and integrated multi-functional air space that can meet the high-efficiency living and working needs of urban residents.The development of urban complexes can improve urban spatial layout,urban areas are more dynamic,and city image is greatly enhanced.At the same time,compared with the return on a single property investment,development complexes make real estate companies more profitable,so it has become a place.Decision-makers and investors are competing for the goal.However,the current status of China's urban complex projects,the hurried start of construction,the rush to complete and the lack of a relatively complete system of risk assessment systems,etc.,lead developers to face the issues of tight construction capital chain and difficulties for the market to "digest" a large number of integrated projects.The purpose of this study is to provide a certain scientific guidance for the development of urban complex projects in China through the risk assessment index system for urban complex projects,and to judge whether it is suitable for the development of urban complexes from the perspective of risk control.This article first reviews the relevant theoretical studies of urban complexes and theories of domestic and international real estate project risk management and project management.It also defines the relevant concepts and research scopes of the BIM technology,complex construction project and construction risks studied in this paper.Secondly,identify the risk factors of the complex construction project,construct a comprehensive construction project risk evaluation index system,use the analytic hierarchy process to determine the index weights and the fuzzy evaluation method to judge the risk,and establish a risk assessment model for the comprehensive construction construction project.Again,taking the Chongqing Center project as an example,the risk analysis of the comprehensive construction project is carried out in depth,and the operability of the risk assessment indicator system is verified through the analysis of the evaluation data.Through the analysis of risk evaluation results of the Chongqing Center Complex project,we finally propose measures for how to use BIM technology to prevent project risks in terms of construction progress,construction quality,construction safety and construction cost.This paper studies the method of combining the analytic hierarchy process and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to construct the project risk assessment model for the complex construction project for the first time;use the established risk assessment model to conduct an empirical study of the Chongqing central complex and verify the risk assessment.The model has good operability and rationality,and emphasizes that highlighting BIM technology has important practical significance for the prevention of project construction risks in complex construction projects.
