Study On The Land-saving Mode Of The Spatial Form In Luochuan County

Loess Plateau is a special landform in the north of Shaanxi Province.It is surrounded by ravines,soil and water loss is serious,the ecological background is fragile,and cities are facing problems such as shortage of land resources and strong ecological restrictions.Luochuan is the typical Loess Plateau city in northern Shaanxi,and it is an important growth pole in the city area of Yan'an.In the rapid economic growth,the spatial form has insufficient guidance for the compact development of the city.There is a conflict between urban boundaries and ecological space,and the spatial structure is loose.Therefore,the construction of the spatial pattern of land and resources has become an urgent demand for the development of Luochuan county.This paper explores the spatial pattern of spatial form of Luochuan County from three aspects: space boundary,spatial structure and spatial layout.In terms of spatial boundaries,first,using the GIS platform to select evaluation factors such as water environment,geological hazards,and biodiversity to construct a comprehensive ecological security pattern and demarcate the ecological security boundary;secondly,construct a city growth resistance surface by using the comprehensive built-up area attractiveness,road attraction,park green space Influence factors,primary and secondary school influences,and ecological constraints,and other evaluation factors,and use the least cumulative resistance model to simulate the urban growth process and define the elastic growth boundary.Finally,superimposethe ecological security boundary and the elastic growth boundary,and Select the land boundary by comparing the compactness.In terms of spatial structure,the space syntactic model was used to study the road network system and the central system.Aiming at the problems such as the northward shift of Luochuan city center,and imperfect road network system,the structural system was proposed.Explain the efficiency of the structure through the simulation of the scheme.In terms of spatial layout,use quantitative methods to analyze the aggregation and dispersion of land use;according to the functions of the superior planning,put forward specific layout optimization measures.Based on the above analysis,spatial boundaries,spatial structures,and spatial layouts are superimposed and the optimized spatial form is obtained.Compared with the master plan,the construction land has saved a total of 1.85 square kilometers,the boundary fractal dimension has been reduced by 0.032,and the boundary is more compact;the road network maximum integration and average integration have been improved,and the spatial structure has become more efficient.The clustering of the site has been improved.The proportion of high-mixed land increased from 25% of the total regulation to 37%,and the spatial layout tends to be intensively mixed.This paper attempts to construct a spatial pattern of Luochuan County from three aspects of the spatial boundary,spatial structure,and spatial layout,and discusses the development model of Luochuan County,with a view to guiding the development of Luochuan County,and providing reference for the compact and efficient development of other cities in Loess plateau.
