Under The Guide Of Yong Ji County In Compact Space Form Optimization Reaserch

Yongji County is located in the transition zone from Changbai Mountain to Songnen Plain.The landform types are complex and diverse.In the expansion stage of the city,there are many problems,such as the destruction of the ecological environment,the abuse of the construction land,the lack of resources and the disorder of the spatial pattern.Therefore,it is very important to guide the development of spatial form orderly and compactly.This paper introduces the concept of land saving and takes Yongji County as the research object to study the optimization path of its spatial form.Land saving mode is the mode of maximizing and intensive use of resources.The spatial optimization of land-saving mode in Yongji County should practice and study the boundary,structure and layout of urban space as a whole rather than as a part without affecting the basic requirements of urban development.Study on the spatial boundary of county seat based on land saving mode: firstly,Arc GIS is used to evaluate and analyze the suitability of land use,determine the ecological limit boundary of county seat and locate the widest boundary of the development of spatial boundary,then "anti logic growth model" is introduced to calculate the optimal range for the internal growth and expansion of county seat,and the spatial structure of county seat based on land saving mode is obtained by superposition analysis of the two This paper studies the problems existing in the development of county seat in recent years with the spatial syntax as the core,finds the breakthrough and makes the optimization path;the spatial layout of county seat with the land saving mode measures the gathering and mixing degree of various urban land uses through Arc GIS,locates the location of the problems and puts forward solutions.The spatial structure under the land saving mode is studied on the premise of the results of spatial boundary optimization under the mode.Similarly,the spatial layout under the land saving mode is based on the research of the spatial structure of the mode.Therefore,the superposition results of the land saving boundary,structure and layout scheme are the highly efficient and intensive land saving spatial form of Yongji County.In this study,a large number of mathematical models are cited for quantitative calculation and combined with qualitative analysis as the main research means,so as to make mathematical models and various parameters as calculation tools to increase the scientificity of research.At present,China is establishing a land space planning system.This study has a strong practical value for the intensive development of cities and the improvement of land use efficiency.It is consistent with the two major values of land space planning-"ecological civilization" and "natural resources".At the same time,it also provides some reference for the space development of other small towns in complex landforms.
