With the implementation of the national green development strategy,the state has continuously increased financial subsidies in the field of building energy conservation,and the building energy conservation work hes achieved good development results.Due to the large stock of public buildings in China,the energy waste of large public buildings is serious,and the energy-saving renovation of public buildings It is the focus of building energy conservation work.China has also launched three batches of key cities for public building energy-saving renovation.With the promotion of public building energy-saving renovation work,the market for energy-saving renovation of public buildings has been promoted,and it has also been exposed in the implementation of public energy-saving renovation.Many problems,such as the risk and cost investment in the energy-saving transformation distribution method,are not equal to the transformation income,which is detrimental to the participation enthusiasm of all stakeholders.In the promotion mode of energy-saving renovation of public buildings,the contract energy management mode is the mainstream mode.More than 80%of the key cities for energy-saving transformation adopt the contract energy management mode,and the energy-saving benefit sharing type occupies the mainstream in the contract energy management mode.This paper studies the characteristics of energy-saving renovation of public buildings,the application of contract energy management mode in the application of energy-saving renovation of public buildings,and on this basis,analyzes the current status of income distribution of public building energy-saving renovation projects under contract energy management mode.The problems of income distribution and the causes of the problems are analyzed.Based on the successful case analysis of the energy distribution model of public building energy-saving renovation contract energy management,and the enlightenment of the contract energy management model public building energy-saving transformation income distribution.Secondly,by analyzing the characteristics of energy-saving renovation of public buildings under the contract energy management mode,the shortcomings of income distribution methods and income distribution methods,and the causes of these income distribution problems are analyzed,and several typical contract energy management modes are adopted.The analysis of building energy-saving renovation project summarizes its good practices.On the basis of obtaining relevant enlightenment,it explores the way of income distribution.Firstly,it analyzes the commonly used income distribution methods.Finally,it combines the characteristics of public building energy-saving renovation to select Shapley value method.The income distribution model is validated by numerical values.The numerical verification shows that the Shapley value method is based on the marginal contribution of each member to the cooperative alliance,and determines the amount of income distribution according to the contribution.It lacks consideration of cost input and risk sharing.When the income distribution of public buildings energy-saving renovation is distributed,these two factors have a great influence on the income distribution.Based on the cost input and risk sharing,the income distribution model is revised.Through literature research method,questionnaire,research interview,analytic hierarchy process,fuzzy Comprehensive review The method and other methods determine the impact coefficient of cost input and risk sharing,and then modify the income distribution model to make the model more suitable for the revenue distribution of the public building energy-saving renovation project in the contract energy management mode.Finally,through the energy-saving renovation project of T-office building The actual effect of the income distribution model is verified,the feasibility of the model is tested,and the existing policy is combined with the income distribution model to propose relevant policy recommendations.
