In recent years,atmospheric pollution such as haze caused by the combustion of fossil fuels has become more and more serious.A large part of the burning of fossil fuels is to regulate the indoor temperature of buildings.Therefore,it is necessary to scientifically analyze the climate characteristics of each region and provide more detailed information for the design of building energy conservation.The paper mainly studies the application of Gaussian process classification algorithm in climate division for building energy conservation.According to the basic principle of Gaussian process classification,a probabilistic partitioning algorithm for the boundary points of climate zones was proposed.The algorithm is applied to the climate division of the 504 meteorological stations in China,and the probability of the boundary points in each zone belong to different climate zones is given,and the climate division of the building is further described from the perspective of probability.The paper calculated the annual average meteorological data based on the4-hours interval meteorological data of 504 meteorological stations in China in the past30 years,and then obtained the annual heating load of the basic residential building models of each meteorological station.The spectral clustering algorithm based on the Gaussian mixture model was used to analyze the annual heating load cluster analysis.The 504 meteorological stations in China were clustered to five climate zones,and the results were visualized with GIS software.The definition of the distance between stations was given,and boundary points determination algorithm of climate zones was proposed.From the perspective of probability,a further partition algorithm of boundary points was proposed based on Gaussian process classification,and the boundary points of each climate zone werefurther classified with probabilistic interpretation.The partition results of boundary points were visualized by GIS.The paper also analyzed the climatic characteristics of each climatic zone and put forward some suggestions for building energy conservation design.
