As the state of the energy saving building requirements continue to strengthen andthe living environment of people’s requirements of the continuous improvement ofquality, building energy-saving technology has been booming. Application of energysaving technology in architecture is a significant symbols of evalute residentialenvironment quality of building. China is a big energy consuming country, the total issecond in the world. In total energy consumption, building energy consumptionaccounted for30%~40%. And through the building envelope insulation can effectivelyslow down the building heat loss, energy saving. So, Our country has formulated manyrelated policies and regulations to ensure the implementation of energy saving work.This article first to heating area of Shaanxi each town as objects, in the basis of thisarea near10years average outdoor temperature original datas etc, calculation HDD18(heating degree day based on18℃,℃·d), CDD26(cooling degree day based on26℃·,℃· d), heating period for calculation(d), mean outdoor temperature during heatingperiod(℃), average sun total radiation intensity during heating period(W/m2)of eachcounties and so on each meteorological data, re-division of shaanxi hot summer andcold winter zone climate zoning.Secondly, according to the Shaanxi area building insulation materials developmentand application status, The author through research, summed up the Shaanxi heatingresidential building mainly uses several structure of external wall heat insulation.Discusses the various types of insulation structure in the actual problem in theapplication,and analysis of commonly used materials and wall insulation materials andits thermal properties.Calculation of thermal bridge puts forward the new method to solve the problem in the August1,2010implementated the ǎDesign standard for energy efficiency ofresidential buildings in severe cold and cold winter zonesǐ(JGJ26-2010). Throughthe construction of new residential Shaanxi heating area survey, established severalkinds of bridge structure model; Using standard involved in calculation method of linearheat transfer coefficient of thermal bridges, applying this method to calculate the severallinear heat transfer coefficient of thermal bridges insulation structure; And calculatecorrection coefficient of transfer coefficient of the main section of wall and And thecalculation results were analyzed. Put forward the appropriate exterior wall and roofinsulation structure design of different structural forms residential.In order to further promote the Xi’an residential energy conservation work, thispaper aims to research on residential energy saving in heating area of Shaanxi, for theShaanxi area of residential energy conservation work to provide strong theoreticalguidance and technical support. With the development of building energy savingresearch, this article appeared in the tectonic types also need to continue to improve inthe future of the building envelope energy saving research in practice.
