Study On Consumption Quota Of Template Engineering

Quota has the characteristic of reliable science and its emergence is the objective needs of social production development for engineering management.Consumption quota should be revised and compiled accurately and timely in order to bring the charge level of it into correspondence with those of labor productivity and resource consumption.In this thesis,based on the compilation and application of the consumption quotas of construction engineering at home and abroad,the calculation and revision of the consumption quotas for template engineering of construction engineering were represented,and a prediction method of the consumption quotas for template engineering of construction engineering was given.Those results have guiding significance for the assessment,bid evaluation,settlement and final account of construction engineering.The main works in this thesis as follow:Scientific connotation and engineering application of the consumption quotas of construction engineering were represented.The compilation principle and range of application of the consumption quotas for template engineering of construction engineering were specified.The calculation basis and compilation methods for the quotas of costs of labors,materials and machinery were given.The consumption quotas of template engineering of construction engineering were calculated.Template selection of template design for basement foundations,basement walls,rectangular columns,beams,plates,concrete walls,stairways and openings were compiled.Project cases were checked,and the effectiveness and reliability of the methods were verified.The consumption quotas of template engineering of construction engineering were revised.The consumptions of labors,materials and machinery in the template engineering of construction engineering were compiled and used in the industry standard: Consumption Quotas of Construction Engineering of Housing Construction and Decoration Engineering(TY01-31-2015)which has guiding and referenced significances for the subsequent revision and issuing of the consumption quotas of construction engineering and the corresponding compilation and application of the quotas of competitive enterprises.The mathematical models of prediction for the consumption quotas of template engineering of construction engineering were obtain by using gray theory.The calculation methods of gray modeling for the consumption quotas of template engineering of construction engineering were given,and the accuracies of the models were checked in order to verify the effectiveness and correctness of the theoretical models and prediction methods.
