In recent years,with the rapid development of globalization trade,the increasing volume of maritime container freight and the large-scale development of marine container ships have put forward higher requirements on the scale of container terminals and the service level of the port.The modern container terminal is no longer a pure freight distribution center,but also plays an important role in the integrated logistics center on the logistics network chain.In order to improve the port efficiency,the rapid turnover of the container in the port is needed in order to improve the comprehensive efficiency of the port and to realize the optimal allocation of the resources.The increase of the volume of port collection and transportation and the high turnover of the port loading and unloading operations makes the complexity of the traffic logistics system in the port increases.Therefore,the probability of traffic congestion and accidents is greatly increased in the case of the lack of reasonable road network system and traffic organization.Thus,as an important factor affecting the transportation and turnover of the container,the road network system and the traffic organization are of great practical significance to the efficient operation and smooth operation of the whole port.So it is urgent to study the design of the road network system and the traffic organization.In this paper,on the basis of comprehensive analysis of the operation process of container terminal,the operation cost,carbon emission cost and land cost of container terminal are analyzed and calculated systematically,and the minimum total cost of container terminal in the calculation period is taken as the goal,and the optimization model of the container terminal network system and traffic organization are established.In order to obtain the operation parameters of the container terminal under different road network design and traffic organization schemes,this paper summarizes the layout forms and the operation process of the container terminal,analyzes the operation characteristics and transportation characteristics of the container terminal.Based on the multi agent system and Micro traffic simulation,this paper established a simulation model of container port operation in container terminal,which considers ship navigation,ship level,ship’s real loading rate,number of berths,berth allocation,ship loading and unloading process,horizontal transportation in port,yard operation,and the collection and transportation operations.Finally,taking a practical project as an example,combining with the summary and analysis of the layout of the road network and the form of traffic organization,the layout plan set is put forward,and the important parameters in the operation of the terminal are obtained by using the simulation model,and the optimal layout is obtained through the optimization model.The simulation optimization model of the container terminal’s road network system and traffic organization design can provide theoretical reference and decision support for related engineering planning.
