Refrigerated container is widely used in cold chain logistics because of its advantages,such as convenient operation,good temperature control,high cleanliness and so on.With the rising volume of the refrigerated container through ocean shipping,the scientific and rational design of the container shipping network to meet the transport demand of refrigerated containers has become one of the problems to be solved urgently by the container liner company.At the same time,the transport efficiency and freshness of fresh goods will directly determine the income level and market share of the owner.Therefore,how to reasonably formulate the best refrigerated container shipping route according to the existing shipping network has become the most concerned problem for the owners.Transportation time is the most important index to evaluate the efficiency of cold chain logistics,and it is also the main factor for container liner company to design the shipping network and the owner to formulate the transport scheme.Therefore,in view of the requirements and characteristics of the transport of refrigerated containers,considering the transportation time constraints,two problems including the optimization of the shipping network of refrigerated containers and the choice of shipping routes are studied in this paper.First,the concept and characteristics of the container shipping network are clarified,and the role of ports,container liner company and cargo owners in the container shipping network is summarized.Then the transportation conditions and quality change rules of fresh goods are analyzed.Based on the shipping process of refrigerated containers,the composition of transport time of refrigerated containers is analyzed.Secondly,taking the minimum total operating cost of the container liner company as the goal,the optimization model of the refrigerated container shipping network is set up in accordance with the constraints of the transportation time and the limit through capacity of the port in order to determine the shipping line design scheme of the port network and the configuration of the ships in each line.The optimization model is solved based on an improved genetic algorithm,and a container shipping network composed of ten ports is selected for example analysis to verify the practicability of the optimization model.Finally,considering the minimum total cost of the owner,taking the transportation time,the balance of supply and demand and the transport capacity of the refrigerated container of each shipping line as the main constraints,an optimization model of the shipping route for the refrigerated container is built to solve the optimal shipping route of the refrigerated container based on the fixed shipping network.Taking the import transportation of banana in China from Southeast Asia as an example to verify the practicability of the optimization model.The optimization model of the refrigerated container shipping network proposed in this paper can provide a theoretical basis for the container liner company to design the shipping line and configure the ship.The optimization model of the refrigerated container shipping route can provide technical support for the cargo owners to ensure the refrigerated container shipping routes.Meanwhile,the research results of this paper can also provide reference for construction of cold chain infrastructure in the port.
