| With the rapid development and prosperity of the major initiatives of the Silk Road Economic Belt and 21 st Century Maritime Silk Road,economic and trade between Sino-European is increasingly close,diversified and vigorous logistics demands,trade channels and modes of transportation are constantly developing and improving.Container multimodal transportation has gradually become an important form of cargo transportation and the main direction of future development with the advantages of simplified procedures,shortened transportation time and reduced transportation costs.Combined with the current national requirements for the construction of transportation hubs and the development of multimodal transport,this paper first studies the supply Attraction Scope of the hub,and then explores the optimal transportation scheme of different types of goods within the supply Attraction Scope of the hub,which provides a certain reference basis for the formulation of the cargo transportation scheme of the hub node.The main research contents and results are as follows:(1)Research on the scope of cargo attraction of CR express hub cities and important port hubs,establish an index system of urban comprehensive cargo attraction,and calculate the comprehensive cargo attraction of hub nodes by using entropy weight method.Based on the thermal radiation theory,the radiation field intensity model of the hub node was constructed,and then the calculation formula of the radius of the source attraction range was obtained based on the field intensity.Then the calculation results of the thermal radiation model were verified and analyzed by using the fracture point model.(2)Firstly,the goods are classified from the difference of time sensitivity and the value attribute of the goods themselves.Then,the time value of the goods of different categories is analyzed and calculated according to the Alford-Bangs time value model.Secondly,it analyzes the transportation time and transportation cost composition of waterway section,highway section and railway section in the process of multi-modal transport mode of China-Europe freight train.Finally,transportation cost and shipping time to a minimum as the objective function,with unit time value coefficient of container cargo will double objectives into a single target,based on this,constructed based on the category of the central transportation scheme optimization model of container intermodal transportation,CRITIC weight method is used to calculate different category of goods transport time and transport cost of weight coefficient,Finally,whale algorithm is used to solve the model.(3)In order to evaluate the effectiveness of the optimization model and algorithm,a container multimodal transportation network with railway,highway and waterway transportation modes was designed to calculate the optimal transportation scheme for different types of goods under the condition of fixed OD points,and the results verified the effectiveness of the model.Based on this,in order to further evaluate model in solving the actual transportation of container intermodal transportation,the feasibility and effectiveness of the scheme optimization problems,according to the scope of supply of goods to attract divided into different types of hubs,selecting railway hub,hub port and hub node intersection area within the scope of supply of goods to attract as origin point,Hamburg as a destination.The container multimodal transportation schemes of "Nantong-Hamburg","Wuhan-Hamburg" and "Hefei-Hamburg" are studied.Among them,the study of Nantong and Wuhan to Hamburg container multimodal transportation scheme,mainly verify the port hub and railway hub of the goods attracting scope division correctness.The scheme of container multimodal transport from Hefei to Hamburg mainly focuses on the difference of cargo owners’ requirements for different types of goods in terms of delivery time and transportation cost,and studies the scheme based on multicategory container multimodal transport.The results show that when transporting the same kind of goods,the optimal transportation mode in Nantong is water transportation,while the dominant transportation mode in Wuhan is railway transportation.Located in the intersection area of freight source attraction of railway hub and port hub,the goods with priority in transportation timeliness can be delivered by railway to cities with high frequency of Sino-European freight train operation,which can reduce the average waiting time and then be transported to various parts of Europe by freight train.For freight cost-sensitive goods,the sea-rail combined transportation with sea transportation as the backbone is mainly adopted,which is delivered to the port hub by rail,and then transported to all parts of Europe by sea flight. |
