A Case Study On Operating Lease Of QY Pumped Storage Power Station

As of December 2017,the pumped storage power plant capacity has been the first in the world,the current production run installed size of 28.49 million kilowatts of pumped storage power station,under construction pumped storage power station installed size of 38.71 million kilowatts.Because of pumped storage power plant of the conventional power station,cannot produce more electricity by natural water,it will due to the conversion between different energy loss of part of the energy,therefore,the management mode of pumped storage power station station determines the future economic benefits,adopt what kind of business model ensure the income of pumped storage power station,is an urgent need of research for us.QY pumped storage power station is already put into production operation of pumped storage power plant,the plant adopts the operating lease mode,the pumped storage power station dispatching access to power grid in the form of an operating lease company,through the annual rental income,QY pumped storage power station is responsible for the operation,maintenance of the equipment.Taking QY pumped storage power station project as the research object,through a feed-in tariff formulation,financing cost analysis,cost analysis during construction and operation period,and risk control analysis,summed up the QY pumped-storage power station adopts the advantages of operating lease mode and successful experience.This paper studies help other pumped storage power station on the business model to make the right choice and provide solution to the financing options during the construction and solving measures,the management mode for production after the operation of pumped storage power station production cost control effective improvement measures and reasonable Suggestions are put forward.Through the research and analysis of the case,the operating lease mode can meet the requirements of power grid operation,pumped storage power station can obtain a fixed income and business risk is small,the cost can be effectively controlled,can replicate in other pumped storage power station.
