| This thesis draws on the existing research results both at home and abroad, aiming at the problem of energy consumption differences between households in the design stage.Through residential house survey and simulation analysis, this paper studies the energy-saving design of households in Guangzhou.First of all, based on the analysis of the difference in energy consumption between households at the design phase,a simulation analysis of an actual house shows that the current energy efficiency design cannot balance the difference in energy consumption between households. In the standard setting of the full-time heating and cooling of the entire space, the difference in indoor air-conditioning energy consumption indicators can reach 40.59%.Then,DeST-h energy simulation software was used to simulate the calculation of the 15typical houses in the new residential areas in Guangzhou. This thesis discussed the 480conditions under the working conditions of the full-space cooling and the part of the space cooling. The results showed that the window to floor ratio for a unit, household shape coefficient and comprehensive shading coefficient were the most important factors affecting the difference in household energy consumption. Finally, the design principles and procedures for energy saving by household are formulated. The optimization process embodies three kinds of energy conservation concepts.First, all households meet the current energy conservation standards.Second, the total air-conditioning energy consumption is limited to 3,000 k Wh/a to limit the energy consumption of large-sized units, and the average household air-conditioning energy consumption index of each household is designed to participate in the energy-saving design of households.Thirdly, the energy consumption difference correction coefficient for the reference value EPCF3≤10%.With the design, the energy consumption of air conditioners for households can be reduced from 36%of the total household power consumption to 25%,and the total household power consumption can be reduced to 84%.The research results and suggestions of this paper have certain significance to the energy-saving design of residential buildings. |
