As the world is developing rapidly,the energy sources is been used more and more widely and more energy are needed,energy conservation has become a world-focused subject.In Corrugated machinery industry which is growing rapidly in recent years,high efficiency and energy-saving has become the major development direction of corrugated board production.Moreover,in order to adapt to the diversity of markets demands of corrugated board and to create a better working environment,a more perfect corrugated machine is worth studying.Vibration noise and corrugated roller wear will appear in the process of corrugated machine operation,and it comes from pressure roller and corrugated roller.Pressure roller is one of the key mechanisms of the corrugated machine,which provides the power for the bonding of the corrugated paper and the core paper.According to the principle of vibration mechanics,pressure roller mechanism is simplified into a multi-degree of freedom system,and a dynamic model is established.The natural frequencies and vibration type are obtained by using Lagrange equation and nonlinear solution method.The vibration test of the pressure roller mechanism is carried out.The acceleration signals are measured by Fourier change and HILBERT transformation to study the characteristics of vibration signal in time domain and frequency domain.Compared with the natural frequency calculated by the dynamic model of the pressure roller mechanism,the correctness of the dynamic model can be verified.Then,the orthogonal experiment is carried out to analyze the sensitivity of the factors affecting the vibration characteristics of the pressure roller mechanism,and the rationalized suggestion for structural optimization is put forward.The corrugated roller is the key functional component of the corrugated cardboard production line and the single side corrugated machine.For any grade of corrugated cardboard production line and corrugated machine,corrugated roller are always one of the most expensive and the most easily damaged parts.Moreover,whether the corrugated paper can be formed well or not is the direct function of corrugated roller.Its economic performance and service life have always been the focus of the corrugated paper box industry.In this paper,by using the knowledge of mechanics of materials,corrugated roller will be simplified as a beam model to establish a mathematical formula.The center high value and convex cure of corrugated roller of different models and different sizes can be researched by MATLAB.Then the contact characteristics of the corrugated roller are studied by the finite element method,which provides the theoretical basis for the design of the enterprise.Steam as the best environmental energy in the production of corrugated board plays an important role in the system.High speed steam in the system will flow through pipes and heating units,and there will be some energy loss in the pipes and heating units.A part of heat energy will be lost in the air.Part of the heat energy will be transmitted to corrugated cardboard and core paper in the way of heat conduction.In this paper,by comparing the new and old steam system models,and analyzing the steam consumption rate and pressure drop of heating unit,it shows that the optimization model of the new steam system is more effective and energy saving.
