| The nutation drive with face-gears has an excellent application prospect in the high-power area of the helicopter and the shield tunnel boring machine due to the advantages of compact structure,big contact ratio,small volume,less parts,big transmission ratio,strong carrying capacity.Based on the transmission of nutation drive with face-gears,this paper mainly does the following research:1.Starting from the basic principle of nutation motion,this article analyzed the meshing principle of nutation drive with face-gears and established 3-d model of nutation drive with face-gears with different teeth of different cutting tool parameters;Taking an example of the knife dish drive system of a shield tunnel boring machine,according to the main parameters of designing of the main reducer,analyzed the stress of MISES of the teeth of the nutation drive with face-gears with different teeth under the specified load with ABAQUS,and judged whether the intensity of materials is meeting the requirements;And getting the bearing capacity is affected by the cutting tool parameters and the number of teeth through analysis the stress of MISES of nutation drive with face-gears of different cutting tool parameters and different teeth.2.Starting from mechanics of materials,simplified the teeth of nutation drive with face-gears to variable cross-section cantilever beam;And gained the shear deformation,bending deformation,the contact deformation and the additional elastic deformation caused by the deformation of the matrix of the teeth of nutation drive with face-gears under the load with the method of simplified trapezoidal cross-section,and the calculated the stiffness value of each face-gear in the transmission of nutation drive with face-gears.And gained the stiffness of each tooth of nutation drive with face-gears using ABAQUS.And then verify the rationality of calculating the tooth stiffness of nutation drive with face-gears using the method of the simplified trapezoidal cross-section.And analyzed the change rule of the stiffness of the tooth of circumscribed face-gear and cutting inside face-gear along the meshing line and the high of tooth.And research the change rule of stiffness of single tooth,single meshing tooth and single tooth time-varying mesh stiffness of the teeth of nutation drive with face-gears.3.Based on the vibration theory,using the lumped parameter method to simplify the transmission of nutation drive with face-gears;Considering nonlinear factors of the time-varying meshing stiffness of face-gear tooth,transmission error of the face-gear pairs and gear pair meshing damping,build the nonlinear dynamic analysis model of transmission of nutation drive with face-gears;Based DLEMBERT principle,set up the coupled nonlinear dynamic differential equations of 24 degrees of freedom of nutation gear drive system;And getting the nonlinear dynamic response of each face-gear in the transmission of nutation drive with face-gears along the direction of freedom using the method of-with Fourth order accuracy and fixed step length.And research the impact factors of the nonlinear dynamic response,which include the time-varying meshing stiffness of face-gear tooth,transmission error of the face-gear pairs and gear pair meshing damping.4.Using ABAQUS to analysis the modal of each face-gear in the transmission of nutation drive with face-gears,getting the free module and constrained modal of each face-gear in the transmission of nutation drive with face-gears.And then provides the reference basis for processing and manufacturing of the transmission devices of nutation drive with face-gears. |
