Face gear transmission is a new type of space transmission method,which has the advantages of strong carrying capacity,low noise during transmission,and high reliability.It is widely used in the aviation field.This thesis studies the meshing contact characteristics of high-performance face gear transmission systems and the multi-degree-of-freedom nonlinear dynamics of the transmission system.It mainly includes high-performance face gear dynamics analysis,meshing contact characteristics research under surface gear working conditions,nonlinear dynamics research of cross-plane gear transmission system and non-orthogonal face gear drive system.The main research contents of the paper are as follows:(1)The approximate calculation of the meshing stiffness of the face gear is mainly studied,and the variation law of the meshing stiffness under the influence of the axis intersection error,the axis staggering error and the rotational speed is analyzed.According to the force situation in the transmission process,the dynamic equation of the face gear transmission is constructed.The influence of the axis angle error,the axis stagger error and the speed change on the system vibration acceleration and vibration displacement is analyzed.The occasion is used to lay the foundation.(2)Based on the finite element method,a three-dimensional model of the face gear is built in the three-dimensional software,a finite element analysis model of the face gear transmission is established,its boundary conditions are set according to the actual working conditions,and the differences of the face gear transmission are studied.The influence of pressure angle and different inner diameters on natural frequency characteristics has explored the law of maximum deformation of gears under different factors.Lay a theoretical foundation for better application of face gear technology in the engineering field.(3)Considering the vibration of the supporting elements in the face gear transmission system and the vibration generated by the two wheels in periodic rotation,a multi-degree-of-freedom coupled vibration model of the orthogonal surface gear transmission is constructed,and the bending-torsion of the face gear transmission system is constructed by the centralized parameter method.-Shaft-pendulum coupling analysis model,study the transmission coupling vibration equation of the face gear transmission system,and analyze the influence of different excitations on the nonlinear dynamic phenomenon of the transmission system.(4)A non-linear dynamic model of a multi-degree-of-freedom non-orthogonal face gear transmission system with tooth clearances was constructed based on Newton's second law by a centralized parameter method,which was calculated using the adaptive variable-step Runge-Kutta method,which combined the bifurcation diagram,Phase diagram,spectrum diagram and Poincaré section to explore the influence of different factors on the dynamic characteristics.By studying the maximum Lyapunov exponent under the influence of different parameters,the motion law of the nonlinear vibration of the transmission system was explored.
