| Urban rail transit is a fast,efficient,safe and comfortable,energy saving and environmental protection of urban public transport mode.According to relevant statistics,China’s current urban rail traffic mileage has reached more than 3 thousand and 300 kilometre,"13th Five-Year" period will reach 6000 kilometres,new-built nearly 3000 kilometres;In addition,the state has approved 40 Urban Rail Transit Construction planning,planning a total mileage of about 8500 kilometres;By 2020,China will have 31 provinces and cities a total of 79 urban planning and construction of about 14000 kilometers of urban rail transit lines(including subway,light rail,tram,maglev,city fast track),which only subway planning on more than 8000 kilometres.According to the China Association of Urban Rail Transit,"13th Five-Year" during the period of rail transit investment will reach 1.7-2 trillion yuan.From now on,China will put the development of railway and urban rail transit in a more prominent position,the construction of urban rail transit will be one of the key points of China’s infrastructure investment for a long time.This paper is mainly theoretically based on the 9 major theoretical basis of Project Management Body of Knowledge defined in the Outline of PMBOK,which is issued by the U.S.Project Management Institute(PMI).Firstly,the author has particularly analyzed the theories of urban rail project management,and defined the project,project management and urban rail project management.Then,the paper analyzed the evolution of rail project management and management mode of CRRC Dalian Co.,Ltd in detail,mainly about the factors of the urban rail project management,project management organizational structure and the project stakeholders of the company.The paper focused on the existing organizational environment of the city rail project and the strengths and weaknesses of the city rail project management mode,and advances an optimized design,in the optimization design system,the paper stated on city rail system scheme,and assessed the optimized city project management mode.Then,for the optimal design,the article advanced the implementation measures related on seven aspects,and researched a case of metro projects in Guangzhou City.Finally,this paper summed up the ideas in this paper and made the inadequacies of the article.Due to the limited space,the cost management of project in this paper was not in—depth studied.then,due to the functions of the platform constraints,the current urban rail project management organization is based on the company’s current organizational structure and management.Therefore,the city rail project management model of optimization needs to be improved in future. |
