Under the background of the continuous explosion growth of the application market of Metro signal system,the development speed of human resources and production resources of construction enterprises is lower than that of urban rail transit.and the contradiction between engineering construction demand and implementation resources is becoming more and more tense.The training of technical human resources of construction units is difficult to complete in a short time,the signal system project cycle lasts up to two years,the project input staff is numerous,the construction unit is also faced with multi-project parallel situation,how to optimize the project plan execution process under the condition of limited resources,adjust the project plan reasonably.efficiently dispatch project resources.In order to improve the utilization rate of project resources,it is the research purpose of this paper.This paper refers to the method of project planning optimization at home and abroad.analyzes the relevant theory of project plan optimization,and puts forward that project plan optimization is the key to solve the problen according to the existing problems of CS urban rail Transit urban signal system project.The organizational structure has been adjusted to optimize the implementation process of the plan.the method of establishing the Project Management Office(PMO)has been proposed according to the Pmbok Guide.the management of the project set and the project portfolio has been strengthened,the project Plan Network Diagram has been established,and the project plan has been adjusted using the 50/50 Project duration esti:ation method proposed by Goldratt.Using Key Chain method(CCPM)to add project buffer time,set aside redundancy for project activity execution,compress project overall planning time,use P6 project management system to import WBS project activity plan,establish resource analysis model based on input of various project parameters,optimize project plan according to resource analysis model.P6 system can also meet the needs of real-time project planning adjustment,timely distribution.By establishing a strong matrix organization structure,optimizing the project execution process,optimizing the project plan by using the key chain method,this paper puts forward a solution for the delay of the schedule,and uses the project management Informationization tool P6 to adjust the project plan on the basis of the resource analysis model,so that the project plan adjustment has a reasonable basis.The application of these optimization methods in practical projects to improve the management level of signal System project planning is of practical significance for the construction of high quality and high reliability urban rail transit signal systems.
