With the characteristics of high capacity,fast speed,arriving on time,comfortable environment,low pollution and low noise.Subway plays the main role in the urban public transport.It is the most ideal transportation mode to solve traffic jam.And ticket management is an important job of subway business operation.It not only embodies the subway operation service quality to the public enterprises,but also relates to production efficiency of the operation of the enterprise itself.The paper borrows from domestic and international studies.On the basis of analyzing the present situation and the problem with the ticket management,the process of metro station ticket management is optimized,the internal control mechanism of metro ticket management is proposed.The problem of ticket management in metro station was analyzed by using accident tree analysis method,Cash and ticket CARDS are used as security benefits,Consider the human factor and the equipment factor and the business process,Integrated use of qualitative and quantitative analysis method,inductive appear error may be the underlying cause of ticket management,put forward optimization ticket management process and management of the importance of internal control.The process of optimizing station ticket management is the research objective and main research content.The process optimization theory is used to optimize the business process of ticket card management and cash management.This paper detailed introduced process optimization and the theory of internal control,to guide enterprises to the original ticket management model optimization,on the premise of demand,reduce non-value added activities,make internal control implementation in the enterprise's production and service system,provide theoretical basis for follow-up study of metro ticket management and guidance.Through the investigation data,the analysis method of the accident tree is used,and the optimization principle is determined by the analytic hierarchy process.By using the theory of process optimization station ticket management process optimization design,design the passenger network ticket process Passenger network against the ticket process and ticketing system optimization scheme of the internal data flow process.And analyze the effects of process optimization;By using internal control theory,it is proposed to improve the system of metro ticketing system from the point of view of cash ticketing equipment.Finally,this paper puts forward some measure to strengthen the management of the subway ticket from the aspects of the complete data of subway ticket,the ticketing operation management system and the supervision and management of metro ticket income.
