| With the spread of the economic globalization trend,the important factor in engineering projects is the cost control in modern enterprise management.The development of the engineering curtain wall in the construction industry in China is relatively late,and the construction engineering industry lacked the awareness of cost control for a long time.Curtain wall enterprises face enormous pressures of survival and competition in increasingly fierce competition in the industry.Under such market conditions,if curtain wall companies cannot effectively reduce costs,they will not be able to survive and develop.About how to control the cost scientifically,the most critical task is to conduct a comprehensive and systematic analysis of the cost control of curtain wall enterprises.Via related theories and methods of engineering,accounting,management and other disciplines,this article takes the JH curtain wall project as the research object,to sums up in detail the theoretical basis,design scheme,cost control and cost accounting of each stage of project implementation method.Based on the project cost concept and cost management theory,according to the project cost of the JH curtain wall project and the overall cost control program,the cost accounting and Control measure will be discussed under the full life cycle theory on the project decision-making phase,project design phase,and project construction phase.At the same time,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were put forward for the JH curtain wall project’s cost control plan at each stage.Through the study of this article,it is beneficial for enterprises to analyze and compare the accounting results of the cost control system,establish a proper organizational structure,accounting system,and cost control system,so as to better reduce the cost of the enterprise and promote the sustainable stability of the curtain wall enterprises development,to ensure the smooth implementation of this project.At the same time,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the JH curtain wall project’s cost control plan at each stage were put forward to ensure the smooth implementation of the cost control of the JH curtain wall project. |
