The location of the electric vehicle charging station is the key link in the construction of the electric vehicle charging station.The proper location of the electric vehicle directly affects the operating efficiency of the charging station and the satisfaction of the electric vehicle user,thus affecting the speed of the electric vehicle and the national sustainable development strategy.At home and abroad,many research scholars have studied the location of electric vehicle charging stations.However,at present,the evaluation system for electric vehicle charging station site selection is still not perfect This paper constructs an evaluation index system for the location of electric vehicle charging stations from the point of view of sustainable development,through expert evaluation method and monomer detection,overall detection measurement.The method screens and refines the primary indicators,and finally determines the final evaluation index system that includes the economic indicators,social indicators,environmental indicators and science and power grid indicators,and 15 secondary indicators of the primary indicators.Then the paper takes the location of the electric vehicle charging station in Tianhe District of Guangzhou as an example to analyze,and proposes an evaluation model based on cloud model and PROMETHEE evaluation method.In the past,many things on the basis of fuzzy theory combined with the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)or TOPSSIS method to evaluate the most optimal site solution,this method can not be well adapted to the randomness and ambiguity of natural language.Using the PROMETHEE method can enhance decision makers' awareness of the project and better reflect the actual situation of the project.At the same time,the cloud model can be used to accurately describe the ambiguity and randomness of language information.In the process of determining index weights,this paper uses ANP to measure the correlation of indicators and determine weights,and uses super decision software to calculate,which greatly simplifies the required calculation steps.After using the evaluation model to rank the four options in Tianhe District,this paper analyzes the sensitivity of the evaluation indicators to verify the stability and robustness of the evaluation model.
