In engineering construction,choosing the sound contractor is a key factor to the success of the project.At present,bidding is main method for selecting contractors in our country.However,due to the phenomenon of borrowing qulification on the market,the actual constructor may not be the original bidder.Even after some of the contractors defrauded for bids at low prices,a large number of malicious claims were generated during the construction process,resulting in the emergence of “fishing projects”.Due to the fact that there is no effective communication between the owners in the engineering practice,the contractor's misconduct can be concealed by other owners and cannot be effectively contained.At the same time,this phenomenon has caused the owner remains be wary of constractor and hopes that more control measures will be used to restrict the contractor's behavior.In fact,the control means not only fails to cover all incidents,but also leads to the owners.The deterioration of the relationship with the contractor is not conducive to the realization of the project goals.Given the above background,this paper proposes to study the contractor's choice from the perspective of trust and try to establish a feedback mechanism for the trust evaluation of the contractor.Firstly,the paper draws on the concept of recommendation trust in the field of e-commerce,proposes to establish a reputationbased trust degree model,and applies the improved D-S Evidence theory to assess trust degree;Second,trust transforing is considered from time and spatial characteristics.The attenuation of the transmission,the use of attenuation factor fusion of the same owner of the same contractor in different locations at different times of the project's trust evaluation,the formation of each owner's basic trust distribution function;Moreover,the decision-making owner's basic trust distribution function value is the decision-making owners Obtaining direct trust,and merging the basic trust assignment functions of the former owners who provided the recommendation information with the improved DS multi-evidence synthesis rule,calculating the recommended trust;finally,by weighting the direct trust and the recommendation trust Processing calculates the comprehensive trust level,and filters out the contractor of the project through the decision-making method of the trust score.In order to prove the validity of the model,this paper designs the simulation content from four aspects according to the scope and the scenario of the model application.It also verifies that the trust model can effectively identify the low Trust nodes to more accurately screen out suitable contractors.This study introduces the former owner's trust evaluation into the decision-making contractor's contractor selection,establishes a trust evaluation feedback mechanism,and realizes an effective concatenation of the contractor's trust information between the owners,which can effectively curb the contractor's opportunistic behavior during the construction process.We will give full play to the market mechanism for survival of the fittest and promote the healthy development of the construction industry.At the same time,although the research is based on the owner's perspective,the research results can provide reference for all the issues related to the choice of partners.
