The water division urgently needs to further strengthen the leakage control of water supply pipeline network.With the implementation of the new urbanization strategy,the water supply integration of urban and rural areas has been gradually realized.In view of the more extensive urban and rural integration of the water supply characteristics and the more inadequate leakage cont rol capacity of water supply pipeline network,the leakage control of water supply pipeline network in this area will face a more serious challenge.It is urgent to establish a complete economic and simple control strategy and control means for the regiona l and similar areas and implement relevant strategies and control methods at the planning level.This paper is to state the national 12 th five-year water project "Shanghai drinking water security technology integration and demonstration of taihu lake watershed" the corpus of "water quality safety of water supply pipe multilevel security and leakage control technology research and demonstration project" as the backing,with the characteristics of the integration of urban and rural areas of Shanghai zhabei demonstration zone as the object of practice.Paper puts forward the concept of horizontal water balance,the difference between the international water association,lateral water balance theory,has been clear about the leakage of water supply pipe combined with control strategies,namely the first longitudinal analysis,lateral control.The longitudinal water balance is the theoretical basis to form a cascade zoning plan of the water supply pipe network and the construction scheme of the water division man agement system which is adapted to the partition.The relevant scheme ensures that the water leakage control using the top-down management,operational control from bottom to top.In this paper,the implementation process of pipe network district blocking system(DBS)is studied.Starting with planning,the purpose and basis of the construction are expounded.The selection and data standards of the partition equipment are discussed according to the requirement of the post-partition metrology.The steps and procedures of subdivision construction are deployed in detail.For leakage control of DMA,emphasized on the basis of data analysis,detailed introduces the different leakage quantitative data analysis methods and operating standards,and the related data information system functional requirements are put forward.From the perspective of water division,the paper deeply analyzes the operation scheme and management method of specific leakage control.The physical leakage control needs to ensure the pertinence and effectiveness of checking leakage,the timeliness and authenticity of repairing leakage,the extension of the leakage scope and the feasibility of non-in-situ repair.The apparent leakage control can be quantified through the data analysis,and then the corresponding solution is adopted for the problem sticking point.The paper points out that the focus of leakage control is mainly in the neighborhood community.In the neighborhood,the physical leakage and the apparent leakage need to be paid enough attention,and the control of physical leakage is more important.Through the application of the Shanghai zhabei demonstration area two years practice,demonstration area leakage condition,the effective control for years significantly lower absolute value by more than 10%,according to the comparable data in 2016 in 2015 compared to the actual production and marketing rate to reduce the absolute value of 10.45%.These results effectively verify the effectiveness of the related technologies and hope to provide reference for the control of leakage loss of water supply pipeline network in urban and rural areas and urban areas.
