Since the 21 st century,our country industry's information system management is becoming more and more used especially in the business conglomerate.Through the application of information system to improve the management level of enterprise group,promote the transformation of enterprise development mode,has become an important way of each gas group co.,Ltd,with the help of SAP,IBM and other advanced information software management to promote the business process of the enterprise group and the optimization of management process change,improve the level of internal management of enterprises,accelerate the rapid change of th e company management and optimization.In the gas industry,gas-material management has been a very important work.In the production cost of the gas industry,the cost of the engineering materials basically accounted for more than half of the total amount of the project investment,gas-material management has an important role in enterprise operation and economic benefit.This article selects ENN as the research object,through the development of internal and external gas-material management information system,combined with the application of the gas-material management information system in ENN,quality management,etc.,comprehensive using of comparative analysis,enterprise system planning,flow chart and weighted factor analysis and other methods,in the "internet plus" background and "related transactions" dilemma situation,the introduction of new information system research,to put forward a number of initiatives for the ENN's gas-material management,which can improve the existing gas-material management information system.First,in view of the current situation that the overall management of materials is not standardized,the SAP system is introduced to demonstrate the situation.Second,in order to solve the problem of quality supervision in material management,the QM system is introduced to study the problem.Third,in view of the problem of nonstandard material management,a handheld terminal scanning system is introduced to demonstrate the problem.Fourth,according to the research results of the introduction system,some improvement measures are put forward,such as standardized database,distribution center planning,intelligent selection software,two-dimensional code quality traceability and so on,so as to achieve stable operation of gas-material management system in ENN.
