| With the vigorous development of education,the number of college students increased year by year,the university’s internal business is difficult to meet the growing consumer demand for college personnel,the surrounding business has been a huge development,from the initial sporadic shop-free traders,to small shops Area,with the commercial system gradually mature,developed into a certain size of the commercial comprehensive area,has now become an important area of urban commercial construction.Colleges and universities around the commercial space construction,not only related to the health and safety of students in school,a more direct impact on the image of the city.This paper takes the surrounding commercial space as the research object,combines the professional knowledge and the example of the commercial space development around the campus at home and abroad,and studies the renewal of the commercial space around the campus and explores the renewal strategy of the surrounding university business.First of all,this paper reviews the formation and development of university and campus business,and discusses the relationship between consumer behavior and commercial space.After the study of the commercial space around the campus of Heilongjiang University campus,the problems of internal function,external environment and architectural appearance are put forward by investigating the types of embedded,street and centralized three types of commercial space.Finally,the author summarizes the objectives and principles of the renewal of commercial space around the campus.In view of the three problems in the commercial space,the campus culture is used to update the commercial space around the campus,and make reasonable updates through the architectural design method.This paper tries to provide reference and reference for the surrounding commercial development planning of colleges and universities through the research on the renewal strategy of commercial space around the campus of Heilongjiang University. |
