If you intend to make a one-year plan, planting crops; if you intend to make a decade plan, planting trees; if you intend to make a plan for lifetime, it is best to engaged in education to cultivate talent. This is a famous saying by GuanZi, who lived two thousands years ago, this motto reveals the importance of education.Education is the foundation of one nation. The total scale of higher education is more than twice the original in 1999,colleges and universities first began to expand enrollment.Campus construction has entered a period of rapid growth.Logistics Management had changed into community-based,and campus business has also entered the market mechanism road, led rapid development of surrounding areas, including commercial, real estate, culture, and service industries.Content and form of campus business is becoming more diverse, very different than the past. Formed its own unique business spaces and special consumer groups.The space and environment of campus bussness as the main object of study in this paper.Analysis campus consumption structure, consumer behavior and consumer psychology by site visiting,collecting and analyze campus business instances in Hangzhou,Chengdu,Chongqing.Combinating with outer space design theory, place theory, environmental psychology and campus business practical results.Analyze and summary the space layout, form, appearance, environment and facilities and conclude reasonable proposals on planing and consturcting campus bussiness.The Full-text is divided into seven chapters. Chapterâ… Introduction, mainly including research projects in the background, research purposes, research content, and research related to theories and concepts described.The second chapter is about the space environment on campus and discussion of the development of commercial space, outlined the formation of the campus and its characteristics.The third chapter is an overview of business practices on the campus, combined with the survey analysis of consumer groups in colleges and universities, concluded that the consumption structure and consumption and psychological problems, and tap new consumer groups on campus consumer demand. Chapter IV is a college campus commercial space planning and layout and corresponding influencing factors, sum up the characteristics of layout of campus commercial networks.The next chapter is the key part of this paper, based on the form of campus commercial space,the forms is bellow:commercial spots, business combination, commercial complexes, commercial plaza, commercial street in the six form, combined with research examples one by one to explain, analyze its pros and cons and give reference and basis for similar campus business and then summarized design problems and propose solutions for campus bussiness design and construction.Chapterâ…¥on the future prospects for development and construction of higher education, analyzed the concept of higher education changes, campus consturction,design and campus commercial space development.
