Strided in the 21st century, our country's higher education enterprise entered the vigorous period. The universities' logistic management marches into the socialization gradually, the campus trade is also entering the market mechanism gradually. More and more entertainment and expended facilities enter the campus, as soon as which changed the simple kind of commercial facilities in former days, and changed the monotonous condition, formed the unique commercial space, as well as specific consumer groups. Compared with the past, now the scope and variety of the university campus business had a very change , the commercial facilities also had the very great degree increasing in the campus distributed density.This paper takes the campuses of the University of commercial space environment as the main research object, as while as ,puts some advice ,though the survey of the campus of the University of the commercial space environment ,for example the fields of Beijing, Tianjin, Taiyuan, and so on; analysising the today's Students' consumption concept, consumer behaviour, the consumption structure, the mode of consumption; analyzing and summarizing the main problems of university campus that the current commercial space planning , shopping space, commercial space surrounding the campus; with the existing domestic and international examples of commercial space, using the theories of university campus planning and construction of the relevant.The full text is divided into seven chapters. first chapter is the part of introduction. It introduced the main work and study methods: the background of the research projects, the main contents of the proposed study on the significance and purpose of a university campus building commercial facilities, The second chapter discussed the space environment on university campuses, as well as the development and changes in the formation of the campus business. Through the development of the colleges and universities at home and abroad summarized,the writer understand the development of e campuses space, at the same time , outlinning the formation of the campus business, summing up the campus business formation and the characteristics of the campus business. Chapter 3 is a summary of commercial space environment of the University campus . the commercial space of university campus was definitioned, and the type of commercial morphology and composition are discussed and analyzed. On this basis, the characteristics of university groups behavior were analyzed with consumer surveys. Consumer groups of university students is the major factor,which formed the University of commercial characteristics. Thorgh the study on Consumer groups, we can understand College students' and teachers' about the actual consumption structure, consumer psychology, consumer habits and attitudes of the characteristics etc.; Chapter 4 is the climax of this paper,surveying and analysising commercial space of university campus, as well as, on the for the next university campus planning and design of commercial space to ,it provided some basis of reality,by analysising the relationship between commercial space on the campus and campus overall layout, studying on the existing problems and design flaws of the mode of operation of the business and commercial space. Chapter 5 gives some relevant recommendations and solutions on university campuses commercial space. Some reasonable advices were put out about commercial space layout plannmg whith the relevant theory in the university campus planning and design, the three problems abouthow to promote the development of commercial space of university campuses were discussed from the management system, business model and spatial patteras. Provide some relevant reference on China's vigorous development of the university campus planning and design of commercial space Chapter 6 focused on the trend of the future development of environment of the University commercial space; analysising the changes of the concept of a modern higher education,the requirements of China's development of the university campus functional, the trend of the university of commercial space, as well as the development of University City; Chapter VII is the full text of summing up.
