Study On Residential Satisfaction In Small Towns In Northeast China

Small towns are an important link in the sequence of "village-town-city" urbanrural settlement in our country.They are important bridges linking villages and cities also play an important role in the process of urbanization in our country.Since the Fifth Plenary Session of the 15 th CPC Central Committee proposed the strategy of developing small cities and townships,the State Department of Housing and UrbanRural Development,the National Development and Reform Commission,the Ministry of Finance and other state departments have started the cultivation of various small towns successively.The Central Government meeting also proposed the goal of small towns and requirements.Residential functions are an important part of the small towns' functions and one of the important issues of concern to small town residents.The way to meet the residential needs of small towns and improve residents' living satisfaction is an important issue in the study of small towns.Domestic research of living satisfaction mainly stays at the urban and rural level,and the research on the small town level is relatively weaker.Northeast China is located in the northeast border,compared with the central and coastal areas in China is in a weaker position.The regional centers of big cities which are around the small towns play a weaker role,and they are less capable of driving the radiation of small towns.The climate in northeast China is cold and the infrastructures in small cities are limited,which will decrease the livability of small towns.In addition,the problems of depopulation and population aging in small towns in northeast China have become the key factors restricting the development of the area.However,the living conditions of small towns and their satisfaction with living conditions have a direct impact on the depopulation in Northeast China.If methods can be taken to improve the residential satisfaction of residents in small towns in Northeast China and improve the livability of the area,to some extent,alleviate the depopulation in this area and achieve the goal of healthy development of small towns in Northeast China.In this paper,small towns in Northeast China is the research object which is using correlation and regression analysis of small towns to research the overall satisfaction of different types of small towns living in Northeast China in order to obtain the overall,different types of small towns living satisfaction factors and model.Also,it empirically verifies and analyzes the key influencing factors of the overall and different types of small towns to understand the degree of matching between the key influencing factors of residents and the actual situation,and then in the process of development of the small towns it summarizes the general rules of the key influencing factors of the residential satisfaction,also combines with the reality of small towns putting forward some strategies to optimize the living satisfaction of small towns in northeast China.
