Research On Design And Application Of Database System Of Green Village And Town In Severe Cold Regions Of Northeast China

Most of the land space in the northeastern cold region bears the national main function of ecological and grain production.Green and ecology are its key features and long-term development goals.The villages and towns' space formed on the basis of grain production,protection and utilization of ecological resources which is both the form of co-generation with the natural environment and the green hair of the region.In the cold climate conditions,the behavior,space form and landscape style of the villages and towns in the Northeast present unique formation mechanism,and the complexity and importance of the planning for villages and towns are self evident,under the dual characteristics of cold climate and northeast regional function.At present,villages and towns in the cold region of Northeast China are faced with many problems,such as the stress of ecological space,the lag of industrial upgrading,the lack of efficiency of land resource utilization,the decline of rural vitality and the lack of public and infrastructure system,which are rooted in the development direction and power,the speed and quality of the construction and the core functions of the villages and towns,and the planning framework.With the technical system lagging behind the speed of construction and development,systematic planning,supporting technology and application system are still lack of pertinence research and popularization,which makes it difficult to realize the ecological,green and sustainable development path of the village and town at the global level.The study takes "green village and town(green village for short)" as the core,systematically combs the theory system of green village and the application practice of the database system,and takes the idea of village and town planning under the concept of green village and town development as a breakthrough point,through the study of the regional characteristics and core problems of the village and town in the cold region of the northeast,and the key points of green village planning.The control elements and key technical features of green village and town planning in northeast cold region are put forward,and the characteristics of data organization and main function of database system design are extracted.On the premise of defining the design requirements of the database system of green village and town(green village database system for short),the overall framework of the three major parts of the basic database,the standard database and the data application is set up,and the logical relations of each part of the data are combed.Finally,the basic status of the villages and towns in the northeastern cold region,the recognition of the characteristics of green development and the thematic model of the planning are made.Block and promotion strategy and other data application models are discussed and extended.The specific content of the research and application of Green Village database system includes three basic aspects:(1)Based on the research results of the basic data of Green villages and towns,based on the basic characteristic conditions of the village and town in the northeast cold area,the basic information integration and integration scheme of Green villages and towns is put forward,and the basic database of Green villages and towns is constructed and its internal structure is formed.Data organization scheme;(2)Relying on the overall design level of Green Village and town planning control elements,combining the characteristics of the basic data content of the village and town in the northeast of the cold region,a green village quantization guidance index system consisting of 6 sub-system layers,24 objectives state layers and 88 quantitative attribute layers is constructed,and the green standard guidance sequence is determined.On the basis of quantifying the guiding framework and guiding sequence,the Green Village standard database is constructed.(3)Taking the collection of typical villages and towns and the villages and towns as the research example,the data application plate of the Green Village database system is practiced and discussed,and the database system is judged and green in the basic development state of the township.The design principle and operation process of the key topics such as natural ecological space management and control,green industry development and town landscape style and other key topics are also discussed.Based on the research and information collection of a large number of villages and towns in the severe cold region of Northeast China,the framework of information platform based on basic data integration,standard data guidance and multi data application is constructed.It is expected to reflect the key problems of green development in the villages and towns in the cold region of Northeast China and explore the driving force and machine of green development.Making and improving the green development objective system and guiding the special construction of Green Village and town planning to provide theoretical and technical support for the realization of the national main function and the long-term development of the livable space in the regional villages and towns.
