With the progress of the times,the rapid development of the city,China’s low-income families are more and more to achieve the "living there" the basic needs of life,although through large-scale,rapid protection of housing Planning and construction to meet the basic needs of low-income people in China’s living,but also brought a series of energy consumption problems.China’s existing affordable housing,most of them are high energy consumption of the building design,construction materials are more backward,extensive production methods,which led to China’s affordable housing construction energy consumption increased year by year,which has been caused for China’s construction industry Not a small economic burden.In addition,the protection of housing services is more special,is the low-income people,high building energy consumption at the same time for the user to bring more economic burden.In order to alleviate and solve this grim situation,it is necessary to apply the building energy saving design technology to the design of affordable housing.Based on this,this paper is aimed at the energy consumption of affordable housing,especially the severe energy consumption in the cold area.Through the research on the building energy saving technology,the technology can be used in the planning and design of the affordable housing in the cold area The paper puts forward the design method and strategy of energy conservation for affordable housing in severe cold areas,and takes Harbin Qunli West as an example to provide design method and practical experience for energy conservation design of affordable housing in severe cold area.By analyzing the special geographical and climatic characteristics of cold areas,as the basis for the study of energy-saving design of affordable housing,as a basis for targeted research energy-saving technology.Through the protection of housing this special form of housing,targeted for architectural design,to distinguish it from the previous residential design.In addition,according to the special service object of affordable housing,in the application of technical practices,are based on economic and practical.Through the cold areas and affordable housing these two factors are defined one by one,in the past building energy-saving design methods,summed up the specific technical means,and the previous residential energy-saving design is different.In this paper,through the study of the geography and climate characteristics of the cold area,this paper aims at the special object of affordable housing,which is aimed at energy saving design research.From the planning and design,building monomer design,municipal heating three aspects of the cold areas of affordable housing energy-saving design.And put forward the corresponding strategy.The design and design includes four aspects: building site selection,building layout,building orientation and external environment design.The single building design includes building body coefficient,graphic design,ventilation and lighting design and maintenance structure design.On the basis of summarizing the energy-saving design method of affordable housing in severe cold areas,this paper takes Harbin Qunli West as an example to guide the energy-saving design of affordable housing in severe cold areas and promote the research and development of energy-saving design of affordable housing.
