The Design Of Integration Testing System For Guidance And Control System Of Guided Aerial Bomb

Three level detection system is widely used for guided aerial bomb,which is achieved by the method of unit and system testing in the infield test.Guidance and control system uses the on-desktop-united test to achieve integrated verification.The paper analyzed the limits of the on-desktop-united test,researched mathematical models and fault injection.On the basis of that,a new method of integrated testing for guidance and control system of guided aerial bomb is proposed.The test items and methods are specified in this paper.Through the research on the principle and content of component test,comprehensive test and fault injection test,the paper developed the designing of integration testing system for guidance and control system of guided aerial bomb by using top-down research method.Firstly,requirement analysis is developed.Requirements of the function and performance are proposed for the integration testing system of guidance and control system of guided aerial bomb.The function modules are divided.According to the methods of navigation,guidance and control,the mathematical models of missile devices are built,and the overall scheme is formed at last.Secondly,according to the requirements of the function and performance,the detailed design and implementation of software and hardware are finished.According to the overall scheme and interface,the testing system is integrated.Lastly,according to the main parameters and signal characteristics of guided aerial bomb,the paper verifies the component test,comprehensive test and fault injection test.The test results proved the correctness of the integrated testing method for guidance and control system,and the effective and feasible of the scheme for the testing system.Through the research of this paper,the integrated testing technique for guidance and control system of guided aerial bomb takes missile-borne computer as the core,and uses the way of step by step connecting.The full system integration testing is achieved at last.
