Now,the flight test plays an important role in all kinds of researches in aircraft design,high-altitude scientific experiments and other tasks.There are many kinds of flight tests,the sizes of test aircraft will be different according to the demand of task,but the layout and shape of test aircraft is relatively stable,thus this is a very suitable object for parametric design.Achieving the parametric design of the test aircraft is of great significance to improve the design efficiency of the test aircraft.This paper focuses on research in integrated integration methods of structural modeling,analysis and optimization,and the method is applied to the structural parametric design of the test aircraft in program stage.The research contents of this paper include the following aspects:Based on the analysis of the design process of complex product structure,a parametric modeling method based on the design feature which is from the whole to the local and from the shape to the internal is studied,then have researches on feature extraction and parametric modeling of parts which are supporting the method,Thus the method of parameter extraction based on design process and the method of parametric modeling based on template method and program method are proposed.And then apply the method to the parametric modeling of the test aircraft structure.Have a research on CAD / CAE integration method based on product information database based on intermediate platform CAD / CAE integration method,and have researches on the establishment of the product information and model simplification which are supporting the method framework,the method of establishing the product information base the simplified method of based onknowledge engineering model are proposed,and the CAD / CAE integration environment is established.A method of parameterized finite element analysis(FEA)is proposed based on the secondary development of software,according to the integration requirement of CAE module in CAD / CAE integration environment.And the method is applied to FEA of typical structures of test aircraft,which verifies the effectiveness of the method.Based on the realization of parametric finite element analysis method,a structural optimization design method combining the optimization method ofsequence optimization with parametric finite element analysis is studied.Thus achieves the integration of analysis and optimization.And then apply the method to the optimal design of the typical structure of the test aircraft.The method of this paper can contribute to the improvement of the design efficiency and cost saving of the experimental aircraft program,and also provides important reference value and technical means for the parametric design of other products.
