With the development of China’s economy and the progress of architectural technology,functional diversity,form unique complex high-rise buildings springing up,the new building has increased the city landscape,on the other hand,the structural design especially presents new challenges for seismic design.It is required that the designers can accurately grasp the stress characteristics of the new structure and the response of the structure under the earthquake,especially in the case of rare earthquake.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the practical engineering examples to provide a reference for the design and analysis of this kind of high-rise building.This paper takes a top elevation in high position transfer tube in tube structure engineering as an example instance structure,using the ETABS software,for example by changing the top elevation of the structure were incorporated into the facade of the income scale,number calculation model and response spectrum analysis and dynamic time history analysis,main research the top elevation of income scale,into the top elevation layers on the dynamic characteristics of the structure and the displacement and internal force of the structure and high conversion layer conversion component internal force influence;based on the five different numerical models of elastic time history analysis,study the differences between the various performance parameters,and the calculated result from the analysis of vibration the response spectrum method to analyze the results;finally using SAP2000 model for the static elastic-plastic analysis under the earthquake.This paper draws the following conclusion: in the seismic response spectrum analysis showed a certain effect of the top setback scale and income level of the main structure of the seismic performance and high transfer component internal force;under the action of earthquake time history analysis showed a certain effect of the top setback scale and income levels on the subject the seismic performance and high transfer mode and internal force,its correlation with the change of the seismic response spectrum decomposition trend of calculation results,the time history analysis results is small;under strong earthquake,pushover analysis results show that under the influence of seismic performances of the structure at the top of the facade into the layers on the top floor of the maximum displacement.
