Long distance water and water diversion projects,which cost a lot of money and have long construction cycle,play an important role in national production and life.At the same time,the difficulty of land requisition caused by the reduction of land supply in recent years has been an urgent problem.In order to reduce the long distance water conveyance project of multistage pumping stations of economic costs and human cost,this paper proposes a small buffer pool of multistage pumping stations water conveyance system,analyzes its operation control may face problems in the analysis,put forward corresponding feasible control strategies,finally the automatic monitoring system on the design and implementation.In long distance water conveyance project of current research work on the basis of the analysis of small buffer pool composition and structure of the multi-stage pumping stations water conveyance system,the small buffer pool multi-stage pump station of water conveyance system run control strategy is divided between level and single stage pump station in two levels.First use of the pipe hydraulic calculation and pipe flow transient mathematic model calculation boot(adjust)time difference between pumping stations at all levels,using the AFT impulse moisturiser software validated the effectiveness of the control method of time difference.Based on this,the time difference of the multi-stage pumping station system which is reduced to the buffer pool is analyzed.At the same time,the optimal model of the single-stage pump station with the minimum of shaft power is the target function and the output flow rate.Using the genetic algorithm of the penalty function,the control strategy of the pump station is calculated,including the rate of power conversion and the speed of the switch.Finally put forward a kind of wireless long distance multi-stage pump station control system,which is mainly composed of PLC,sensors,which include the field control unit,GPRS network interface module is given priority to,based on the MCGS configuration of dispatching center three components.The function of the remote dispatching center of the monitoring system of multi-stage pumping station is realized.
