Research On Efficiency Improvement Of Foreign Affairs Management Of Dongfeng Motor Corporation

Since the 18th CPC National Congress,the Party Central Committee pays much attention on foreign affaris and introduces severial important documents including regulations and rules for the implementation.It is ordered that Central Eight Provisions Spirit must be deeply carried out in foreign affairs.Forgein affairs management has been an essential part in strengthening Party discipline.As one of the central controlled huge state-owned erterprise,Dongfeng Motor Corporation plays an important role on national “Go-out” strategy,also must be consistent with the central and strictly abide by the discipline of foreign affairs.This paper first describes the research background and significance,research contents and methods of this paper,then briefly introduced the related theory of foreign affairs management,strategic management and management information system.Based on the introduction of Dongfeng Motor Corporation,international strategy and foreign affairs management on the status quo,according to the Paredo law,select eight companies to do a research,the companies accounted for about 20% of Dongfeng Motor Corporation and the business accounted for about 80%.Through the analysis of the problem and the discussion results of foreign affairs leading group,using fishbone diagram analysis to summarize the problems of the Dongfeng Motor Corporation.The main problems including cost too long time in approval,unable to determine the accuracy of the application materials,unable to share the information of business trip aboard,data transfer inconvenience,summed up by analyzing the management of foreign affairs of Dongfeng Motor Corporation's cause of the problems in three aspects: the state system,management method,and inadequate training of personnel.Finally,this paper puts forward the principle of improving the efficiency of Dongfeng Motor Corporation's Foreign Affairs Management: companying with the internationalization strategy,regulating the management of foreign affairs,improving the efficiency of foreign affairs management.In improving the efficiency of Foreign Affairs Management,determine the scope of implementation,the design unit,the design of foreign affairs management information system.Measures to improve the efficiency of foreign affairs management is to use foreign affairs management system,optimize the management process and strengthen personnel training.Through improving the efficiency of management,strengthening the management basis,collecting of overseas market information will ultimately play a supporting role for the implementation of the international strategy of Dongfeng Motor Corporation.
