Research On Management Strategy Of Information Construction Of SWD Company

With the rapid development of the information industry,China’s manufacturing industry is accelerating its transformation and upgrading.Through the new generation of information technology,combined with the breakthrough and innovation of lean production,agile delivery and zero defect management,the data-driven optimization of manufacturing resource allocation can achieve superior operation and intelligent decision-making,and enhance the core competitive advantages of the manufacturing industry.Due to the industrial chain integration and new energy battery research and development investment,SWD company’s profit margin continues to decline,optimizing the management strategy of information construction,which has become the key measure to promote SWD company to achieve high-quality development.Based on the current situation of informatization development of SWD company,this paper summarizes the main problems existing in the informatization construction of SWD company,including poor application effect of information system,insufficient support of information syst em data for management and decision-making,uneven quality of informatization construction projects,and the speed of informatization update and iteration not meeting the needs of users.Through the detailed analysis of the problems in the informatization construction of SWD company,it lays a foundation for the later development of the management strategy of the informatization construction of SWD company.Based on the above the main problems and cause analysis,this paper tries to study of SWD company informatization management strategy,mainly from the informatization strategic transformation strategy,digital strat egy,project management system perfect strategy,the respect such as operation management mechanism construction strategy,management strategy of informatization construction for SWD company optimization proposed reference.Finally,in view of the above management strategy of information construction of SWD company,this paper proposes several safeguard measures,such as organizational structure and organizational positioning,organizational core competence,talent,capital and innovation,etc.,in the hope that these specific safeguard measures can make SWD company informatization develop better.Although this paper studies the management strategy for the informatization construction of SWD company,it has certain reference value and significance for similar enterprises in the industry in terms of the strategic mode of informatization construction,promotion strategy and management system,etc.
