Research On The Safety Testing Standard Of Electrical System Of Electric Vehicles And Design Of Management Information System

The frequent occurrence of electric vehicle accidents has aroused the public concern.Compared with the traditional car,the electric vehicles are more likely to endanger the lives of passengers.However,nowadays,the safety of electric vehicles has not been solved well.The safety of electric vehicles is still a very important problem that hinders the development of electric vehicles.Under such background,it is of great significance to ensure the reliability of electric vehicles,the safety of the occupants,and the management of standard information through studing the safety of electric vehicles,establishing the safety standards of electric vehicles and developing the standard management information system.First of all,this paper discusses the development status of the standard of electric vehicles and standard management information system at home and abroad,expounds the particularity of establishing the safety standard of electric vehicles to ensure the safety of electric vehicle and its development prospect,discusses the great importance of designing the electric vehicle safety standard management information system to improve the efficiency of standard management and promoting the development and perfection of standards.Secondly,through the analyse of the composition of electric vehicle,the principle of electrical system structure and its safety capability,the safety inspection standard system of electric vehicle electric system is built in this paper,and based on it,the safety testing standard of electrical system of electric vehicles is formulated with power battery,DC/DC power converter and driving motor as core.Then,in order to facilitate and standardize the information management of electric vehicle safety standards,this paper develops and designs an electric vehicle safety standard management information system,and analyses the related organization structure,system architecture and functional modules.The system mainly includes five modules: user management,standard information management,compliance testing,annual examination and system management,and the design and interaction of the standard information management processes,compliance testing processes and annual inspection process are also discussed.At the same time,the related data table structure,entity relationship and data flow are designed.Finally,this paper studies the development environment,main technologies of the electric vehicles safety standard management information system,and shows the main functional interface.The safety testing standard of electrical system of electric vehicles and the management information system that designed in this paper can not only improve the safety of electric vehicles,standardize the standard information management of electric vehicles,but also provide a professional platform for the compliance testing and the annual examination of the electric vehicles.
