| The research of intelligent manufacturing strategy is a very urgent demand for current enterprise development.Under the guidance of "Made in China 2025",China’s manufacturing enterprises have begun to introduce intelligent manufacturing technology gradually,and begin to carry out technological transition and industrial upgrading.The traditional manufacturing industry development mode with high energy consumption,low added value and low labor cost is fall behind times.Under such circumstances,many manufacturing enterprises are beginning to meet the challenges by reformation and innovation of the production and marketing mode.Only by studying and applying "intelligent manufacturing" can we lead the time and establish a long lasting enterprise.With the development of traditional manufacturing industry,the scale bonus and the low cost labor time is ended,and the national industrial is upgrading and requires "green mountains and clean water".At the same time,the cost of labor-intensity enterprises is increasing,not to mention the environmental investment and strict policy.On the other hand,customers need the all-life data of the product,and there are mandatory requirements of laws and regulations of D characteristic products.Enterprises must carry out industrial breakthrough in order to achieve new competitiveness and obtain sustainable development.At present,the mature industrial engineering system combined with the IT information engineering technology provides the possibility for the intelligent transformation of the traditional manufacturing industry,and provides the basic guarantee for product design & product simulation & intelligent manufacturing.At present,there is no successful case in the area of aluminum alloy wheels enterprises.In this paper,we take a typical traditional aluminum alloy wheel manufacturing company as an example.With the basic tools of Industrial Engineering,combined with the technology and equipment system and Internet of Things,we build a whole process of intelligent management,trying to provide the traceability management based on the whole process quality management.with the application of production line automation,identification system,ERP system,data acquisition system and so on,we are promoting the utilization of the Kanban system,the process efficiency data visualization,the automatic collection of quality and process data,and the operation & equipment management.After all these,we are reducing the labor cost,promoting the efficiency,optimizing the design process,reducing energy consumption,shortening production cycle,reducing inventory and enhancing the continuous competitiveness of the market.The conclusion of this paper has already been carried out in the enterprise and has gained good profit.It proves that intelligent manufacturing is an effective path for the transformation of traditional manufacturing company and worth to recommend. |
