DH-LRS436 rearrangement machine is a kind of electromechanical equipment including software and hardware,which is mainly used in the rearrangement of LED chips.In order to ensure that all the functions of the machine are in accordance with the design specifications before the release,it needs to be tested in order to find out the potential defects and modify it.In this paper,the black box testing and white box testing methods are used to test the rearrangement system:Introduces the hardware structure and software framework of the rearrangement machine system,analyzes the rearrangement of machine system testing requirement analysis from the interface and the functional interface of the two major aspects,extracted demand test points and performance indicators,and according to the interface and function interface part two different characteristics,analyzes their applicable test methods.Analysis of the key test of hardware interface of the rearrangement machine,propose a test method based on functional consistency and independent path and use these two test methods effectively guide the test case design of the hardware interface;Besides,design performance test module of the hardware interface to get the average response time,the success rate,CPU and memory usage and other aspects of the performance test for the rearrangement of machine system,and finally found there is something to be perfected to the hardware interface.Classify the function interface of the rearrangement machine,use two test strategies of equivalence partitioning and boundary value method to test the interface of simple controls,and give the design principle of these two kinds of test strategy model and test case,and designs the test cases of the simple interface controls.For complex logic control of the interface,use a logical drive coverage test and scene test,which are effective to design test cases on Login Service,Sample Training Business and Rearrangement Business.Demonstrates the feasibility of the testing process through running test case of motor interface and login service;Statistics the number of test cases and bug for each module through operating test cases of the whole system,get the module which is most likely to has bugs,and analyzes the reasons and subsequent treatment measures.
