| Lineside Electronic Unit With Parallel Single Port(LEU-PS),the key equipment of distributed shunting protection system,is a typical safety-critical system.In order to meet the basic requirements of high security and reliability of equipment,LEU-PS mainframe must be tested systematically before it leaves the factory.Aiming at the problems of difficult fault location,low efficiency of manual testing and poor quality of testing in large-scale production of LEU-PS,this thesis puts forward the design scheme of LEU-PS board automatic testing system.The main work of this thesis is as follows:Firstly,the design method of test cases is studied.Fault mode analysis and fault tree analysis are used to analyze the fault mode of equipment.Based on black box test theory,test case design is completed by using equivalent class partition method and boundary value method.Secondly,the requirement analysis of board-level test system is completed.Based on the requirement,the overall scheme of "hardware test driver chassis + PC software +test board" is designed.According to the interface requirements of the main board,power supply board and test board,their respective test schemes are designed.Thirdly,the software and hardware development of the hardware test driver board in the board level test system is completed,including the software design of the test execution program of DSP and FPGA and the design of the schematic diagram of the hardware test driver board and the production of PCB.Fourthly,a test platform is built to verify the usability of the test system by means of typical fault simulation and standard board testing.The main innovation of this paper is to use DSP as the main control chip,while the decoding function of the programmable logic device of the FPGA is completed separately,and the test performance is greatly improved by using the FPGA as the auxiliary chip of the DSP.The system function verification results show that the LEU-PS board automatic test system can meet the production test of a large number of boards in the factory,and has a certain practical value.This thesis includes 46 figures,8 tables and 41 references. |
