Tractor,a kind of power mechanical is widely used in agriculture,industrial and forestry.The demands of human design is greatly incremental,due to the complex working condition and extremely bad driving environment.This paper takes 25 horsepower electric tractor as the research object,studies the whole vehicle modelling design and the cab ergonomics.Through the CATIA software to build electric tractor vehicle model,and focus on the cab ergonomic simulation analysis.The main tasks are summarized as follows:1.This paper analyzes the development and research status of tractors at home and abroad,compares and analyses the application of ergonomics in electric tractors and automobiles,and sums up the demand of electric tractor for ergonomics.2.Based on ergonomics,this paper analyzes the design and development of electric tractor,adopts the design method from inside to outside,sums up the process of general layout design,and makes a systematic introduction and research analysis of the ergonomics layout tools.3.Based on ergonomics,the design of the cab is studied,and the layout and design of the cab seat,the control device,the instrument panel device and the console device are completed by using the theory of product design and ergonomics.4.Based on the layout scheme of EV drive system and related theory,the layout analysis of electric tractor chassis is made.The key components,such as driving motor,reducer and battery,are designed and selected in the driving system,and the chassis layout model is built.5.Basis product design and color design theory and methods,for tractor whole car took shape analysis and research,through creative design in CATIA V5 software in established the three-dimensional model of electric tractor.6.With the help of the RAMSIS module(RAMSIS in CATIA V5)integrated in CATIA V5,the human body model corresponding to our country's Tractor driver Group is established.The RAMSIS module is used to simulate the comfort,vision and accessibility of the driver during the driving operation.The results show that the comfort,visibility and accessibility of the cab are in accordance with ergonomics.This paper systematically studies the theory and method of electric tractor whole vehicle design and cab ergonomics simulation analysis,combines ergonomics with design,optimizes the design method of tractor,improves the humanization of tractor,saves the time and cost of design and development of tractor.With the help of CATIA V5 software and RAMSIS module,the three-dimensional model and human body model of the tractor are built,and the virtual simulation system of ergonomics is built and the ergonomics simulation is analyzed.It provides the theoretical basis and experience for the future application of tractor design and development field and the research of related subjects.
