The staffs of companies grasp a lot of technical knowledge.These knowledge can divide into explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge.Because of tacit knowledge specificity,the share and heritage of it are more difficult.Mentoring is an effective way to transfer tacit knowledge.Effective usage of this model could help to train highly qualified staff,and provide other subsidiaries a reservation and transfer center of knowledge efficiently.This essay mainly studies the background of the mentoring,as well as analyzes several barriers under the theory of the tacit knowledge.The author will take a further analyses about the sharing barriers and provide some measures for the sharing of tacit knowledge under the mentoring system.First,the author explained the definition of the related knowledge about knowledge sharing and tacit knowledge based on the study of many books,and has induced sharing object barrier of the tacit knowledge in enterprises.Next,through the introduction of knowledge about sharing correlation theories,constructs the XB airport group's knowledge sharing pattern,and analyze the tacit knowledge sharing situation of the mentoring system in XB airport group.Finally,according to the contrastive analysis of the XB airport group's knowledge sharing pattern in present and past,the author has given some related suggestions.
