Knowledge sharing is an indispensable part of enterprise knowledge management activities.The sharing of tacit knowledge resources is an effective way for companies to cultivate their own core competitiveness.The experience and methods accumulated by employees of highway survey and design companies in long-term project practice are of great significance to the development and innovation of enterprises.From the perspective of the long-term development of the enterprise,the knowledge innovation and knowledge utilization of highway survey and design enterprises are closely linked to the degree of knowledge sharing of the organization.Such enterprises should pay more attention to the implicit knowledge sharing of employees in the work business and make use of it feasible.The methods to mobilize the enthusiasm of employees' tacit knowledge sharing allow the company's knowledge resources to flow in full and enhance the breadth and depth of employees' own knowledge.The behavior of employees of highway survey and design companies to share tacit knowledge depends on the individual employee's wishes.The stronger the employees' willingness to contribute to tacit knowledge resources,the greater the amount of tacit knowledge sharing.Enterprises can use the sharing of tacit knowledge to improve the staff's business capabilities,and then improve the company's core competitiveness.This article through the literature review to determine the factors affecting the tacit knowledge sharing of the factors,the first influencing factor is the employee reward,the staff's willingness to share tacit knowledge depends on the degree of the company's employee rewards,the more rewarding employee rewards,the more employees notice Organizations pay attention to tacit knowledge sharing,and they are more willing to share their original experiences and know-how with other employees.Therefore,employee reward is one of the influencing factors of tacit knowledge sharing;followed by organizational atmosphere,and companies share tacit knowledge.Culture and values,corporate leaders' concerns and recognition of tacit knowledge sharing can largely affect employees' willingness to share tacit knowledge;the next step is employee psychological ownership,and employees see themselves as an extension of organizational value.The development represents the growth of oneself.The employees will use the tacit knowledge sharing as one form of return organization.The stronger the employee's psychological ownership,the stronger the employees' willingness to share tacit knowledge;finally,the employees' mutual assistance and mutual trust,and the employees.The higher the degree of trust between them,the stronger the willingness to help each other and the easier to share their own Knowledge.In summary,this article takes the highway survey and design enterprise as the research object,and discusses the tacit knowledge sharing willingness and employee reward,employee psychological ownership,organizational atmosphere,employee mutual assistance and mutual trust,and tacit knowledge sharing through theoretical elaboration and empirical analysis methods.The relationship between actions.Combined with the analysis results of each dimension,the problems existing in highway survey and design enterprises in advancing tacit knowledge sharing are explored,and relevant improvement strategies are proposed.
