Optimization Of Tacit Technology Knowledge Accumulation Plan In Company L

In era of knowledge economy,knowledge has become the most important factor in organization development,and tacit knowledge is becoming the core competitiveness of enterprises.Tacit technical knowledge,as an important part of tacit knowledge,is particularly important for manufacturing enterprises.How to use knowledge management theory to accumulate tacit technical knowledge effectively and continuously has become an important research topic.Focusing on company L,the problems existing in the accumulation of tacit technical knowledge has been studied,and tacit technical knowledge of company L has been also identified,and at last,an optimized plan have been designed for company L.First of all,through the collection of relevant theories in tacit technical knowledge accumulation,the definition of tacit knowledge,the relationship between SECI model and accumulation methods has been studied,and then it was discussed that the relevant concepts of enterprise technical knowledge system from the perspective of system theory.At last,the related concepts and research results of tacit technical knowledge are discussed.Then,after introduction of the accumulation situation of tacit technical knowledge in company L,it was pointed that where were the main problems in this process.These problems include the lack of systematic awareness of knowledge management,the lack of systematic identification of tacit technical knowledge,and the lack of accumulation methods and management framework.Targeting at problems above,a further analysis has been performed on the following four aspects: knowledge management awareness,characteristics of enterprise technical knowledge,knowledge accumulation methods and management framework.Finally,based on the above analysis,identification and distribution of tacit technical in company L was build according to knowledge concepts;Using the internalization,socialization and externalization in SECI model,practical accumulation methods of tacit technical knowledge were designed for company L;using theory of knowledge system and general management,the organizational structure and its communication have been established,thus,a feasible management scheme has been designed finally.Targeting on the practical problems existing in tacit technical knowledge accumulation of company L,deep analyzes have been done by related theories,then the tacit technical knowledge accumulation methods has been studied also,finally tried to optimize the accumulation scheme for L company.It would be pleased if it could provide any help for company L and any other similar small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises on their knowledge management practice.
