Liaoyang District Electricity Information Collection System And Orderly Power Operation Mode Research

Power electricity information collection system construction and orderly power consumption are important parts of the construction of electric power enterprise in China. It is the invetiable stage of the promoting "two transformation", "three sets and big five" of the national power grid companies. With the rapid development of electricity information collection system and power consumption and its application, with the deeply devolepment of the reform, for utilization of the construction of the information collection,especially about the laterly maintenance, the more requrements are needed.From the view of large marketing system and electric energy data acquire system construction of the State Grid Corporation of China, taking Liaoyang power supply company marketing business as the research object, the paper completed the construction of marketing system to regulate the electric energy data acquire system and orderly use of electricity model research. The functions and working standard system application are proposed. the application at all levels of the company acquisition system and system maintenance interface units are designed. As a result, in Liaoyang power supply company, it is significantly obtained by application of electric information acquisition system and orderly use of electricity. In the electricity information collection, it is planned that a more standardized operation and maintenance system for electric information acquisition system in this research. And it is finished that focuses on strengthening the maintenance work. Improving the reading success rate is a prerequisite for application of electric information acquisition system. In view of the present situation of electric power enterprise, reform the existing system operation and maintenance system, a new mode of acquisition and maintenance is built.The electric energy data acquisition system includes a digital TV point to point "electricity notice" service platform construction, meter reading and charging without artificial intervention construction, customer via SMS, voice telephone, digital television and other means to take a variety of ways of subscription receiving arrears notification measures are improved. The sampling coverage rate, success rate reached more than 98%, the basic realization of the electricity information collection "double no" management is achieved. Thus, by improving the reading efficiency, the human resources has been intensively optimized in electric power enterprise. The focus work of the reading people can be taken away from the traditional manual meter reading and come to on-site service. It can enhance the enterprise supply high-quality service level. Modern construction of information acquisition system has played a positive role in promoting the informatization construction of electric enterprise.In this study, it is established of orderly power use programs to achieve regional electricity limited, this could be achieved so full and careful in management. The fine management thought into the orderly use of electricity program management process. From the management point of view, it is planned of how to achieve a precise and orderly use of electricity. It is analized of the orderly use of electricity program content of fine management, and discussed about the management ways from aspects of technology and management to achieve orderly power utilization work. It is also set up of the fine management system of orderly power use management, realizing refinement of orderly power utilization work management.
