Study On Urban Spatial Structure Optimization Of Yiyuan County Based On The Effect Of Factor Agglomeration

The national 13 th five-year plan clearly points out that new-type urbanization is an important direction for China's future urbanization development.Urban space expansion is the most intuitive embodiment of new-type urbanization in the space field.And it is also an important yardstick to measure the urbanization process.In recent years,the development speed of county urbanization has been rapid.And the development of county urbanization has attracted the attention of research circle.It is of great practical significance for the urbanization development of yiyuan county to study the spatial structure characteristics and the influencing mechanism of county towns and factor agglomeration.The content of this paper mainly includes five parts.Firstly,after the research object and content are clarified,the theoretical research and practice of scholars at home and abroad about factor agglomeration and urban spatial structure are sorted out to form the understanding of both theories and research.Then from the three aspects of industrial,labor force and public service facilities agglomeration,explore the influencing mechanism of factor agglomeration on urban space structure.And analysis the relationship between industry,labor force and public service facilities to urban space structure.Secondly specific studies of yiyuan county of shandong province.In the master yiyuan city spatial structure evolution and status quo,elements of yiyuan industry,labor elements and public service facilities classification.This paper specific analysis and thinking of the three elements between yiyuan space structure and the relationship between characteristics and spatial variation characteristics of yiyuan element agglomeration.Then,the demand of space structure for element agglomeration in yiyuan county is summarized.Finally,by combining the spatial change trend and space development demand of yiyuan county,this paper puts forward the strategy of urban spatial structure optimization in the future.The research conclusion of this paper includes four parts: the influencing mechanism of factor agglomeration on spatial structure,the specific changes of spatial structure of yiyuan county,the demand of factor agglomeration for the spatial structure of yiyuan county,and the planning strategy proposed for the spatial structure development of yiyuan county.Firstly,industrial agglomeration drives the development of surrounding areas and promotes the change of urban spatial structure through the agglomeration and diffusion effect of industrial parks.The agglomeration of labor force promotes the expansion and renewal of urban spatial structure through the increase of the total amount and level of human living environment.Public service facilities affect the urban spatial structure through the government planning layout and market allocation to improve the spatial distribution.Second,the specific changesin the urban spatial structure of yiyuan county mainly include the differentiation of urban functions in yiyuan county,the group-like development of county space,and the increase in the proportion of public service supporting facilities.Third,the spatial structure of yiyuan county requires policy guarantee for the industry.The industrial park must be balanced in terms of occupation and residence,complete with services.The public service facility construction adopts the key investment and efficiency strategy.Fourthly,yiyuan county should strengthen land circulation,improve the efficiency of urban stock land use and promote industrial transformation and development to promote urban space optimization.County needs to balance urban and rural characteristics and promote the development of township characteristics.
