By combining different types of buildings with various scales,and then leveling the overall cooling,heating and electricity load of architectural complex within the energy supply range,the fluctuation of load can be reduced and the comprehensive efficiency of regional energy supply system can be improved.In order to realize the minimum initial investment and achieve the optimal energy saving and emission reduction effect,it is necessary to study the proportion of energy demand that can be met to the total energy demand under different scale installations.Taking residential buildings,office buildings and commercial buildings,which account for the largest proportion of completed areas in Beijing in recent years,as research objects,the dynamic load law of typical buildings is simulated by DeST software.It is found that when the proportion of office buildings is constant,increasing the proportion of residential buildings can improve the thermal load leveling rate;when the proportion of residential buildings is constant,increasing the proportion of commercial buildings can improve the thermal load leveling rate.As the proportion of office buildings increases,the leveling rate of cooling load decreases gradually.The more average the proportion of various types of buildings is,the higher the electrical load leveling rate is.By plotting the ratio curve between the installation scale and the accumulated load demand,it is found that selecting the installation scale in the larger tangent slope section of the curve can improve the utilization ratio of equipment.
