The cooling and heating load forecast of the regional building complex is the basic work of the regional energy planning,which mainly affects the initial investment and design scale of the energy planning project,and even affects the configuration of the distributed energy system units and the operation and regulation of the system in the later period.From the point of view of the source of the load,the cold and heat load requirements of the regional building group are mainly generated to meet the comfort needs of indoor users of the building group,and are closely related to outdoor weather parameters and indoor usage.Based on the regional energy planning,this paper conducts research on the prediction of the cooling and heating load of the building complex and obtains the research results.The main research contents of the thesis include:(1)starting from the regional energy planning of the city,constructing a calculation model for the cooling and heating load of the urban building group;(2)analyzing the typical characteristics of the city and the use characteristics of the building group;Thermal load characteristics.Through research,the thesis conducts a theoretical analysis on the load composition of typical regional building groups,considers the use intensity of buildings and changes in outdoor weather parameters,and studies the suitable size of building groups based on regional energy planning and the load characteristics of building groups.The results show that the area suitable for building group load prediction should be within the boundary of300~500m or the building area range of about 500,000 m~2;compared with the single building,the comprehensive load area index of the building group is much smaller than its value The load area index value that constitutes a building,and the load fluctuation of a building group composed of a mixture of multiple types of buildings is more stable than that of a single building.The building group has obvious load peaking characteristics and self-regulation.The research in this paper has certain theoretical and practical application value.The calculation model of the heating and cooling load of the building group constructed in the paper is conducive to improving the accuracy of urban energy planning and the accuracy of the energy center and energy supply network during the planning stage.The heat load estimation provides a solution,provides guidance for the selection of equipment in the urban regional energy center,and improves the economics of the installation of energy center equipment.
