The rapid development of the logistics industry has promoted the rapid development of the semi trailer market,and put forward strict requirements for the parts of the semi trailer.According to the relevant provisions of the state,the highway allowed to go on the road,the maximum mass of 40 tons,generally speaking,the general semi-trailer empty car mass can be about 8-10 tons,driving speed up to 100km/h,Therefore,the trailer usually carries more than 30 tons,how to ensure more goods in the load and ensure the safety of driving,which requires each part of the semi-trailer to optimize the analysis,so as to achieve maximum efficiency.This paper combined with the work itself,combined with the specific parameters of the frame,starting from the actual 40 ton semi-trailer frame for development of the company to optimize the analysis design.In this paper,the frame longitudinal beam is modeled in three dimensions,and the model is simplified to obtain the basic model of finite element analysis.Static analysis of the frame longitudinal beam model is carried out using the basic principle of finite element analysis.According to the concrete operating conditions of the frame,the force of the frame is analyzed,and the reliability of the longitudinal beam of the frame is evaluated from the aspects of stiffness and strength.In the course of driving,the vibration of the vehicle has a great influence on the driving experience and the safety of the vehicle.In addition to the static mechanical analysis of the frame,the modal analysis of the frame is also carried out.After the analysis is completed,the feasibility of optimization is considered from the angle of longitudinal girder web machining.The longitudinal beam of the frame is optimized,and the material and structure of the loading point and the failure point are improved.At the same time,the optimized model is checked again,and the feasibility of the improved scheme is confirmed.Through this analysis and improvement,the structure of the frame longitudinal beam is optimized.The weight of the optimized frame has obviously improved before the optimization,which can not only meet the requirements of use but also achieve the purpose of weight reduction,and brings about more obvious improvements and benefits.
