Net and the C#. The system database and the function of monitoring have been designed and implemented. Using Microsoft SQL Server database technology as background database, and unifying GIS, GPS technologies, the system function development has been realized.The result of this subject has opened up the new ideas about the waterway transportation management of dangerous goods. It will provide scientific management methods and means for the waterway dangerous cargo transportation enterprise and the maritime safety administrative department.
